McGregor would end up making a few appearances throughout the night, one of which gives valuable insight to what Ireland’s pride may actually be up to in terms of a return to the Octagon.
At ringside, McGregor drops a couple of names and a rough timeline as to his return to in-cage action. First, McGregor claims he will indeed fight Michael Chandler in December, stating that he, “I have to. I have to. . .”. Then, McGregor points to a BMF title fight against the newly crowned BMF champion Justin Gaethje. McGregor rounds out his return with a trilogy fight with Nate Diaz.
McGregor Doing McGregor Things
Of course, reality is not always the MO of McGregor. The 35-year-old would make his way into the ring at one pont and find his way to a mic. The Irishman would go on to callout YouTube personality and professional boxer KSI. Media would follow the MMA icon backstage and continue that conversation

Prior to the main event showdown, McGregor would give his nod to Joshua to win the main event slot, stating that Joshua is a “bad man”. Joshua would go on to score a devastating knockout over Helenius in the seventh round. To celebrate, McGregor would shove a glass of his Forged Irish Stout into the face and mouth of Joshua in an awkward and hilarious moment.
